Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Academic Instruction:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging chemistry lessons in accordance with the school curriculum standards.
- Prepare students for board examinations through mock tests, revision cycles, and detailed feedback.
- Laboratory Management & Safety:
- Direct and supervise practical laboratory experiments, ensuring safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Maintain chemical inventory, laboratory equipment, and apparatus.
- Teach students proper handling of laboratory equipment and chemical reagents.
- Student Assessment & Support:
- Design assignments, practical assessments, tests, and periodic exams.
- Monitor individual student progress and offer remedial support for students needing extra guidance.




- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic progress and student performance.
- Co-curricular & Institutional Duties:
- Organize science fairs, exhibitions, and competitive science olympiads.
- Actively participate in faculty meetings, orientation programs, and professional development workshops.
- Support day-boarding/boarding duties and co-curricular events as needed.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry / Biochemistry / Applied Chemistry) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is required.
- Experience:
- 2-5+ years of experience teaching Chemistry at the ICSE/CBSE middle or high school level.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Fluent in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Practical expertise in conducting school-level chemistry lab experiments safely.
- Familiarity with contemporary teaching tools, smart classrooms, and digital
