Job Title: Billing Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Create and process Sales Orders accurately.
- Prepare and generate Delivery Notes.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements.
- Prepare and issue Tax Invoices/Bills to customers.
- Verify billing information and ensure accuracy before processing.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams for smooth order-to-billing processes.
- Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely invoicing and compliance with company policies and GST regulations.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries related to invoices.




- Prepare billing reports and assist in reconciliation whenever required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Billing Executive or in a similar role.
- Experience in the Marine/Shipping industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill generation, and invoicing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally or other billing software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
