Experience: 5-8 Years in Automotive manufacturing industry
Qualification: Diploma / B.E.
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing.
- Support forging, machining, and assembly processes.
- Maintain and improve tooling performance.
- Troubleshoot shop floor tooling issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and vendors for tool development and improvements.
Requirements:
- CNC Tool making experience in automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in tool and fixture design.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawings.
- Exposure to PPAP and IATF documentation.
- Strong shop floor and production support experience.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
