Job Summary

The PRO Routing Executive will be responsible for planning delivery routes, coordinating with drivers and

vendors, monitoring fleet movement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations. The

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily routes for drivers and delivery operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and operations teams for timely dispatch.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Handle routing issues,



delivery escalations, and operational challenges.
- Ensure proper allocation of vehicles based on operational requirements.
- Maintain daily MIS reports, trip records, and routing updates.
- Track delivery status and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Support last-mile delivery and fleet management activities.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Good understanding of routing and logistics operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, routing, transportation, or 3PL operations.
- Experience in fleet coordination or last-mile delivery operations is an advantage.
