About this Role:
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage end-to-end IT operations across hardware, software, networks, security and access management to support secure, compliant and resilient IT services.
- Provide efficient end-user technical support, improving resolution turnaround time through standardisation and automation.
- Drive zero-touch IT operations, including automated provisioning, patch management, monitoring alerts, system health checks and user onboarding or offboarding.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance, availability and security using automated tools and dashboards, identifying risks early and supporting preventive action.
- Manage IT projects and operational improvements from planning to execution, including automation-led enhancements, resource coordination, timelines and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and department heads to understand IT requirements
