We are looking for a skilled and responsible Forklift Operator to handle AAC block movement, loading, unloading, yard stacking, and dispatch support at our manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift safely inside the factory and yard.
- Load and unload AAC blocks, raw materials, and other materials.
- Stack finished blocks properly in the yard.
- Support dispatch loading as per size and quantity instructions.
- Handle AAC blocks carefully to reduce breakage and damage.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and transport teams.
- Conduct basic daily checks of forklift: diesel, oil, tyres, hydraulic system, brakes, etc.
- Report breakdowns, damages, or safety issues immediately.
- Keep the yard movement organized and safe.
- Follow company safety and discipline rules.

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating forklift is preferred.
- Experience in factory, warehouse,



construction material, or block industry is an advantage.
- Must be able to handle material carefully.
- Basic understanding of loading and stacking.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Forklift licence/certification is preferred but not mandatory if experienced.
