Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and salary discussions.
- ATS Management & Recruitment Reporting: Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensure data accuracy, generate recruitment reports and dashboards, and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, schedule interviews, provide hiring updates, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Employer Branding: Maintain consistency across all internal and external communications in line with the company brand.
- Onboarding & HRIS Management: Manage employee onboarding, create and maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensure completion of joining documentation, and coordinate induction activities.
- HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, HR letters, employee records management and employee benefits administration.
- Employee Support:



Act as the first point of contact for recent joiners regarding onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and general HR queries.

Requirements:
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. HR Operations experience is desirable.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working with HRIS platforms for onboarding and employee record management is desirable.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment agency partnerships.
- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skill
