Job Title: HVAC Site Engineer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech - Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HVAC site execution including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Handle installation of VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split & package units.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors for smooth workflow.
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requirements.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for drawings, modifications, and approvals.
- Handle testing, commissioning,



and handover activities.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to technicians.

Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
