Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead vision screening camps at corporate offices and other assigned locations
- Conduct vision assessments, including refraction and basic eye health checks
- Supervise and guide a team of optometrists, technicians, and support staff during camps
- Coordinate with corporate HR/CSR teams for scheduling and pre-camp communication
- Ensure equipment readiness, material availability, and overall camp preparedness
- Maintain accurate beneficiary records, documentation, and screening reports
- Prepare and submit post-camp reports with key findings and recommendations
- Willingness to travel to other cities or client locations as per project needs
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Optometry (B.Optom / M.Optom) / Diploma in Optometry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
