Click Cameo is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who understands social media beyond just posting content.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of daily social media activities and working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts for Click Cameo and our clients.
- Develop fresh and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Research trending Reels, formats, sounds and content styles.
- Create weekly/monthly content plans and content strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for content execution.
- Handle small shoots for Reels, BTS, product/service content and social media requirements.
- Communicate with clients regarding content, shoots, approvals and requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Monitor social media performance and provide basic insights and improvements.
- Stay updated with Instagram and social media trends.
- Research potential clients through Instagram, Google,



LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support the team in generating new leads and business opportunities.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain lead information.
- Coordinate internally to ensure content is delivered on time.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form video content.
- Strong knowledge of Reels and current social media trends.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate new content ideas.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and social media strategy.
- Comfortable attending small shoots when required.
- Basic knowledge of photography/video shooting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Lead generation or sales experience will be an advantage.
- Positive English and Hindi communication skills.
