NPI Manager / Head NPI

The NPI Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for the NPI department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

Main duties / responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure production schedules are met.
- Leading, training, and managing the Manufacturing Engineering team to improve overall team capabilities.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate production resources and resolve technical, quality, and cost issues during the manufacturing process.
- Overseeing the evaluation, quotation, technical support, and project follow-up for new projects, ensuring smooth transition into mass production.
- Promoting the development of production automation and information systems to increase the intelligence level of production lines.
- Managing the selection, procurement, installation, debugging, acceptance, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Developing and refining production-related process documentation, work instructions,



and quality standards to ensure product quality.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized production workplace through effective shop floor management.

Collecting and analysing production data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in production management.
