- Skills Required:
- Experience and knowledge in different HR processes (Onboarding Operations, Employee Lifecycle Operations, Reporting, Learning & Development Operations, Talent Management Operations and Query Management)
- Experience in using Workday and/or other HRIS is an advantage.
- Experience of working in a Shared Service center.
- Experience in Voice based process will be an added advantage.
- Strong working language skills required in Englishand at least 2 Indian regional languages (preferably Tamil and Hindi). All other languages are considered an asset.
- Empathy and true service mindset to ensure excellent employee experience for the service delivery.
- Promoting two-way communication with an exchange of information, opinion and feelings
- Actively listening to the input of others and summarizing information to ensure they have been understood.
- Willingness to work in different time zones / shifts to meet business requirements.

- Responsibilities & Key activities:
- Enable high quality and efficient HR Service delivery from P&C; Services by contributing to the development, maintenance and improvement of P&C; Services under the guidance from Head of P&C; Services and the Center of Expertise organizations.
- HR processes in scope cover the following process areas: Onboarding Operations, Employee Lifecycle Operations, Reporting, Learning & Development Operations, Talent Management Operations and Query Management.
- Review the processes from centralized P&C; Services delivery perspective to provide input for different stakeholders to ensure process alignment.
- Provide input for the Center of Expertise organization for process development through continuous improvement & LEAN methodology to simplify the ways of working.
- Train and coach fellow P&C; Services team members regarding different HR process and tool related topics and support the
