Job Title: Ecommerce Executive & Customer SupportAbout the Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage our daily online store operations while delivering exceptional customer support. If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced D2C environment, we'd love to hear from you, minimum experience of 1 year in têxtile industry is a must

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Shopify operations, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while coordinating with warehouse and courier partners.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, products, shipping, and returns.
- Assist with marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
- Maintain reports and ensure smooth ecommerce operations.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce or customer support.
- Experience with Shopify and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Robust communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
