Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Run and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
- Generate organic leads through effective SEO strategies, content optimization, and social media marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website rankings.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies to improve campaign performance.
- Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content across social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign reports, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other marketing metrics to improve performance.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create high-converting marketing campaigns.




- Stay updated with the latest trends in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, performance marketing, and social media algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, PPC campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience in generating organic leads through SEO and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Good understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, content creation, and copywriting will be an added advantage.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
