Position: Customer Support Executive

(In-house, Non-target based)

Responsibilities
- Ensure minimum turnaround time in resolving user queries and complaints.
- Provide friendly, empathetic, and professional customer service at all times.
- Document user feedback and suggest process/product improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (inbound/outbound support preferred), ideally in e-commerce or internet-based companies.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi.




- Critical thinking and effective problem-solving ability.
- Strong commitment to the ‘Customer First’ principle.
- Hands-on experience with help desk software and remote support tools is an advantage.
