Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Support day‑to‑day program operations by keeping budgets, timelines, and documentation organized, updated, and aligned with business cases.
- Track program and PD financials, highlight variances early, and provide clear visibility on spend, commitments, and expected outlook.
- Maintain structured documentation for all programs and ensure review materials, decisions, and updates are ready for stakeholders when needed.
- Prepare straightforward, reliable dashboards and status reports that help leadership understand progress, issues, and upcoming requirements.
- Monitor annual goals, KPIs, and performance indicators across programs to ensure follow‑through and timely updates.
- Keep oversight of headcount, resource needs, and time tracking to support planning and remove operational gaps.
- Work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and leadership teams to keep programs moving smoothly and with fewer surprises.

Experience
- 7 to 9 years

Industry Preferred
- Automotive
