Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using business intelligence tools.
- Create periodic MIS reports for management and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business trends, operational performance, and key metrics to support decision-making.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis based on business requirements.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reports.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
- Support management with forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
- Document reporting processes and maintain data dictionaries.





Required Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Charts).
- Valuable knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard and report development.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation (preferred).
- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
