Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Execute lifecycle, engagement, and reactivation campaigns aligned to retention goals.
- Journey Automation:
- Build and optimize automated customer journeys across CRM platforms.- Implement segmentation, triggers, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion.
- Performance Tracking Reporting:
- Monitor campaign metrics including deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention KPIs.- Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.- Prepare weekly and monthly CRM performance reports for internal reviews.
- Optimization Insights:
- Use customer behavior and feedback to refine messaging, segmentation, and automation logic.- Best Practices Trends:
- Ensure CRM execution follows best practices in lifecycle marketing, automation, and consumer communication.




- Stay updated on CRM and retention marketing trends to enhance channel performance.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like MoEngage (preferred), WebEngage, or CleverTap.
- Robust understanding of CRM fundamentals, customer segmentation, and retention strategy.
- Experience in multi-channel CRM execution and journey automation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
