Position: Trainee - HR Operations

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Experience: 0-1 Years

Compensation: ₹22,000-25,000 In-hand per month

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA (HR) Freshers who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. As a Trainee - HR Operations, you will receive hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll support, compliance, and employee engagement while working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the employee onboarding and induction process for current hires.
- Prepare employment-related documentation.
- Assist in monthly payroll activities by maintaining accurate employee records and attendance data.




- Support HR compliance activities and maintain employee documentation as per labour laws.
- Assist in implementing POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policies and awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.
- Address employee queries and assist in resolving day-to-day HR-related concerns.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support exit formalities, documentation, and HR operational activities as required.

Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (2025/2026 Pass-out).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in HR will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of Payroll processes and HR documentation.
- Basic understanding of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
