We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) who can identify potential clients, start meaningful conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our business development team.

What You'll Be Doing
Research and identify potential clients in the US and other international markets.
Reach out to decision-makers through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
Connect with founders, business owners, marketing heads, e-commerce managers, CTOs, and other relevant decision-makers.




Understand a prospect's current business challenges and identify opportunities where Fliqwave's services can help.
Qualify leads based on their requirements, business potential, budget, and decision-making process.
Book qualified discovery meetings for the senior business development/technical team.
Follow up consistently with prospects without sounding repetitive or overly sales-driven.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
Build and manage a healthy outbound sales pipeline.
Experiment with different industries, messaging, and outreach strategies to improve response rates.
Work closely with our technical, marketing, and management teams to understand services and create stronger pitches.

What We're Looking For
