Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, contractors, and channel partners.
Identify recent projects and business opportunities in the Nagpur market.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in business development/sales, preferably in construction or real estate.
Solid communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Target-oriented and willing to travel within Nagpur.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
