Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute on-ground and digital B2B marketing campaigns including events, workshops, email marketing, ABM and regional marketing activities.
Develop and execute marketing plans for Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering segments.
Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture recent business opportunities and leads.
Support sales through online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns and sales collateral.
Coordinate with prospects and internal sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
Track marketing activities and support opportunities through the sales/business closure process.
Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, associations, events and relevant external stakeholders.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry trend analysis and customer insight studies.
Support branding, publicity and corporate communication campaigns.
Manage marketing materials, presentations, brochures,



digital content and other collaterals

Preferred candidate profile
3 - 6 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Industrial Marketing, or Manufacturing Marketing.
Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Services preferred.
Robust hands-on experience in field marketing, event/workshop management, regional marketing campaigns, email marketing, ABM, lead generation, and sales enablement.
Experience working closely with B2B sales teams to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support business closure.
Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis, customer insights, industry trends, branding, and marketing communications.
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and digital marketing tools/platforms.
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace preferred); candidates from other educational backgrounds with relev
