About Zilch

Zilch is an upcoming premium all-day dining café in Breach Candy, Mumbai.

With a menu centred around contemporary Continental cuisine, artisan sourdough sandwiches, gourmet paninis, premium café food, handcrafted beverages, and a thoughtfully designed dining experience, Zilch is being created for a recent generation of café-goers.

And we're building the team from the ground up.

The Prospect

We're looking for F&B; Servers who bring personality, enthusiasm, curiosity,



and a genuine love for hospitality.

This is a pre-opening opportunity, which means you'll be part of the journey before the doors open — from training and menu familiarisation to service rehearsals and eventually welcoming our first guests.

We're looking for people who don't just want a job in a café. We want people who want to grow with a brand.

What You'll Do
Welcome guests and create a warm, memorable first impression.
Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Develop robust knowledge of the Zilch menu and confidently assist guests with recommendations.
Serve food and beverages according to established café service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth and timel
