Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Supply Chain Operations including Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Management.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Drive demand planning, forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure smooth plant operations.
Manage strategic sourcing, supplier development, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing working capital and supply chain costs.
Lead logistics, transportation, warehouse, and distribution functions to achieve on-time delivery targets.
Drive cost reduction, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.




Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs including inventory turns, supplier performance, delivery adherence, and forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams for effective execution of SOP processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and supply chain risk management practices
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing SCM teams across multiple manufacturing locations.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech or MBA/PGDM (Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics). Candidates with both technical and management qualifications will be preferred.
