Track Tickets: Record all issues, steps, and final fixes inside a help desk tracking tool.

Skills Needed




Tech Knowledge: Good understanding of Windows and macOS, basic networking, and active directory.
Communication: Explicit speaking and writing skills to help non-technical staff.
