Sales Executive – Jewellery & Diamond Industry

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, generating new business opportunities, following up with leads, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with recent and existing clients through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Email, and Calls
Generate and follow up with potential domestic and international leads
Understand customer requirements for diamonds and jewellery
Share product details, quotations, images, videos, and other required information with clients
Convert inquiries and leads into successful orders
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers
Build strong and long-term relationships with clients
Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements and orders




Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills
Good written and spoken English
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Confident in communicating with customers
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of diamonds/jewellery will be an advantage
Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply
