Key Responsibilities
School Administration & Operations
Oversee the day-to-day administrative functioning of the school.
Ensure all administrative processes are followed as per school policies and SOPs.
Coordinate with the Principal, management, teachers, administrative staff, vendors, and support staff.
Maintain proper records, registers, files, and administrative documentation.
Ensure timely completion and reporting of all assigned administrative tasks.
Infrastructure & Maintenance
Supervise school infrastructure, civil work, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, ACs, CCTV, furniture, and other maintenance activities.
Conduct regular inspections of the school premises and identify pending/required work.
Maintain a proper record of complaints, work orders, quotations, bills, and completion status.
Ensure all maintenance work is completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors and verify work before processing bills.
Safety & Security




Ensure proper implementation of school safety and security protocols.
Monitor security guards, gate management, visitor entry, gate-pass procedures, and emergency preparedness.
Ensure CCTV systems, fire-safety equipment, access controls, and other safety systems remain functional.
Immediately report any safety, security, or infrastructure lapse to the concerned authority.
Transport Management
Supervise school transport operations and coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.
Ensure buses/vehicles are maintained, clean, protected, and operational.
Monitor adherence to transport schedules and safety protocols.
Maintain records related to vehicle servicing, documents, complaints, and inspections.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and agencies.
Obtain and compare quotations as per school requirements and approval procedures.
