Role- Deputy Manager – Omni Channel Operations

Location: Noida

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Omni Channel Operations to manage end-to-end omnichannel and marketplace operations across stores, warehouses, marketplaces and technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Omni Channel & Marketplace forward/reverse operations.
Handle Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect, Returns, Exchanges, RTO & Refunds.
Lead recent store onboarding and ensure system/process readiness.
Monitor SLAs, fulfilment, returns, inventory and operational KPIs.
Manage escalations and drive RCA with cross-functional teams.
Develop SOPs and drive automation/process improvements.
Prepare MIS and conduct regular business reviews.
Lead, coach and manage the Omni Operations team.

Required Skills:
5–10 years of experience in Fashion/Lifestyle Retail, Omni Channel or Marketplace Operations.




Strong knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP, inventory and retail operations.
Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion or Tata Cliq.
Advanced Excel, MIS, UAT and process documentation skills.
Experience with Increff, Unicommerce, Business Central or similar platforms is preferred.
Robust stakeholder, team management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
