About the Role

The role requires a seasoned qualified with extensive experience in supporting enterprise server infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Windows Server administration and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure.
Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration/Monitoring Health Performance and Engineering.
Strong experience with Unix/Linux platforms, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AIX, Solaris, or similar enterprise operating systems.
Demonstrated experience with vulnerability/KPI results in remediation programs in large enterprise environments.
Experience working with vulnerability management platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar tools.




Robust understanding of operating system security hardening and secure configuration practices (Antivirus or Infosec Agents/Tools).
Experience with patch management, server lifecycle management, and change management processes.
Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent automation technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting enterprise server infrastructure.

Required Skills
Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server administration.
Strong experience with Unix/Linux platforms.
Experience with vulnerability management platforms.
Solid understanding of operating system security hardening.
Hands-on scripting experience.
3 days WFO.
