Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our hospital team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth coordination of front office activities.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous manner.
Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Schedule and manage outpatient appointments.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Guide patients to the appropriate department or doctor.
Handle billing coordination, receipts, and basic cash transactions (if required).
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses,



and other hospital staff for smooth patient flow.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Perform other front office and administrative duties as assigned.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers can also apply.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and data entry).
Valuable communication skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English is preferred.
Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹18,892.45 - ₹23,389.90 per month
