Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Head with 10–15 years of robust experience in township development and large-scale real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely completion of civil and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete civil construction and township development project.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities from start to completion.
Manage development of roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrical infrastructure, landscaping, and other township infrastructure.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
Ensure projects are completed within approved time, cost, quality, and safety standards.




Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Monitor project budgets, material consumption, manpower, and resources.
Coordinate with management, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Ensure proper quality control and compliance with approved specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports for management.
Identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with all applicable construction, safety, and statutory requirements.
Lead and mentor the civil engineering and project execution team.

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of total experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate.
Solid and mandatory experience in Township Development projects.
