Team Leadership & Training
Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of room service attendants, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
Training: Conduct training sessions for current hires and ongoing coaching for existing staff to maintain high service quality.

Operational Efficiency
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and service equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Quality Control:



Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to resort standards.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and guest rooms post-service.
Financial Transactions
Billing: Accurately process guest charges, including room charges, credit cards, and cash payments.

Health & Safety Compliance
Regulations Adherence: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
Emergency Procedures: Be trained in emergency procedures and first aid to handle any incidents effectively.
