Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, corporate sales, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities and corporate accounts for the hotel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle corporate sales, room bookings, events, conferences, and other hotel services.
Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and property visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue.
Coordinate with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, and Operations teams.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed business.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain regular sales reports and client records.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in hotel sales / hospitality sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of local corporate and hospitality markets.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
