Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop recent dealers, distributors, poultry farms and customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, farmers and poultry farm owners.
Conduct regular field visits to poultry farms, dealers and distributors.
Generate orders and ensure timely order booking and follow-up.
Expand the company's market presence in the assigned territory.
Explain poultry feed products, perks and usage to customers.
Collect and report market feedback, competitor prices, schemes and activities.
Follow up for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams for timely product delivery.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate for their resolution.
Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations and promotional activities when required.
Maintain daily field visit, sales and customer reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
