About Pepper Green

Pepper Green Wedding Company is one of Kerala's premium wedding photography and filmmaking brands. We specialize in luxury weddings, destination weddings, cinematic wedding films, and premium wedding albums. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Wedding Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
Respond to new wedding inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and website leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography packages.
Schedule and conduct client meetings at our office or via video calls.
Prepare quotations and explain package details.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer records and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in sales,



customer relationship, hospitality, wedding industry, luxury retail, or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Confident, well-groomed, and customer-friendly personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Willingness to work on weekends during peak wedding season (with weekly
