Key Candidate Requirement

We are looking for a senior finance qualified with 10+ years of experience, preferably having hands-on experience managing the finance and accounting function of a ₹100 Cr+ annual turnover company.

The candidate should have experience handling multiple companies, large transaction volumes, statutory compliance, financial closure, banking, cash flow and a finance/accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Group Finance & Accounting
Lead Finance & Accounts for three group companies.
Manage accounting operations for a ₹100 Cr+ turnover business workplace.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables and inter-company transactions.
Establish solid financial controls and accounting processes.

Balance Sheet & Financial Finalization
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
Prepare and finalize P&L;,



Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance and schedules.
Coordinate with CA and statutory auditors for finalization and audits.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

GST, TDS & Compliance
Overall responsibility for GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Ensure timely filing, payment and reconciliation.
Coordinate with CA, tax consultants and auditors.
Monitor regulatory changes and compliance risks.

Banking, Treasury & Cash Flow
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity.
Prepare cash-flow forecasts and fund requirements.
Manage banking documentation, facilities, guarantees and other financial arrangements.
Ensure timely bank reconciliations.

Team Leadership
Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
Review and allocate work among accountants.
Establish KPIs, processes and accountability.
