Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Milestones, Social Impact & Transitions (MST) team, you will be responsible for:
Owning and delivering cross-business manager milestone programs and digital learning programs for senior leaders in USI.
Designing and managing curricula, learning journeys, and program content aligned to DLHP strategy and USI business needs.
Advising stakeholders on capability-building priorities through external research, learning trends, skills-gap insights, and program recommendations.




Managing relationships with business leaders, subject matter resources, vendor partners, and learning operations teams to support program delivery.
Overseeing program operations, reporting, budget tracking, data integrity, certification processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
