Job Summary :

We are looking for a technically skilled and service-oriented IT Desktop Executive to manage day-to-day IT support, desktop systems, hardware, software, networking and user-related technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and providing timely support to employees.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot operating system, application, network, printer and connectivity issues.
Manage installation and configuration of Windows OS and required software.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic networking issues.
Create and maintain user accounts,



email accounts and system access as per company requirements.
Handle IT-related onboarding and exit activities, including system allocation and access management.
Maintain records of company IT assets, laptops, desktops, printers and accessories.
Perform regular system updates, antivirus checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot printer, scanner, CCTV and other office IT equipment issues.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for hardware repairs and technical support.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper allocation of equipment.
Monitor backup and basic data-security practices.
Ensure employees follow basic IT security policies.
Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions and asset movements.
Support management and different departments with day-to-day IT requirements.
Provide technical support for meetings, presentations and other office requirements.
