Role & responsibilities
Office & Desk Management
Manage day-to-day office and desk operations efficiently.
Maintain employee, client, lead, and business-related records.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Handle daily reports, follow-ups, and administrative activities.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of office records.
Client Coordination & Meetings
Coordinate with existing and prospective clients regarding company services.
Schedule and attend client meetings as and when required.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned department for service delivery.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.
Resolve basic client queries and escalate key issues to management.
Market Visiting & Field Work
Undertake market visits as per business requirements.
Visit clients, prospects, businesses, and potential partners when required.
Support the sales/marketing team during field activities.
Collect market information, generate leads, and maintain proper visit reports.




Represent the company professionally during external meetings and visits.
Payment Collection & Follow-Up
Coordinate with clients regarding pending payments.
Conduct payment follow-ups through calls, messages, emails, or visits.
Make payment collection visits whenever required.
Maintain proper records of outstanding and collected payments.
Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payment status and receipts.
DSA Recruitment & Management
Handle DSA recruitment activities for the company.
Identify and approach potential DSA/partners.
Conduct initial discussions and explain the company's DSA/revenue-sharing model.
Collect and verify required DSA documents.
Maintain DSA database and recruitment records.
Coordinate with active DSAs and support them with company requirements.
Follow up with DSAs for leads, conversions, and business activities.
