Key responsibilities
Manage sales of accessories and achieve monthly/annual targets.
Maintain adequate stock and coordinate inventory replenishment.
Track sales, margins, quick-moving and slow-moving products.
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate pricing where applicable.
Train and supervise accessories sales staff.
Assist customers in selecting suitable accessories based on their needs and budget.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Coordinate with other departments such as sales, service, finance, and purchasing.
Ensure accessories are properly priced, tagged, stored, and accounted for.




Develop promotions and offers to increase accessories sales.
