A 40 key business hotel with restaurant and banquet operations, currently expanding, seeks a hands-on General Manager to take full charge of the property.
Reporting directly to the managing director, you will own the P&L; rooms revenue and pricing, OTA and channel management, corporate account development across the AnakapalleAtchutapuramVisakhapatnam industrial belt, F&B; profitability, guest experience and online reputation, team building, statutory compliance and cost control. You will also commission and ramp up 16 current rooms.
Preferred candidate profile
You should have: Minimum 8 years in hotel operations including 3 as Dy. GM or GM; demonstrable P&L; ownership and a corporate sales record you can name accounts for; working command of a PMS and channel manager; fluent Telugu with working English and Hindi; and willingness to reside in Anakapalle.
