Senior Video Editor
with strong expertise in professional video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling, and
AI-powered video creation

The candidate will work primarily on
political campaigns, election campaigns, public outreach initiatives, social media campaigns, and rapid-response political content
. The ideal candidate should understand Punjabi language, culture, political communication, and the visual style required to connect with a Punjabi audience.

Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality
political campaign videos, election creatives, reels, shorts, interviews, speeches, documentaries, and social media content
.
Create engaging videos specifically for
Punjabi-speaking audiences
.
Handle complete video production workflows from
raw footage to final delivery
.
Create
motion graphics, typography, transitions, visual effects, lower thirds, maps, charts, infographics, and campaign animations
.
Convert speeches, interviews, and political events into engaging short-form content.
Create quick-turnaround




breaking news, political updates, reaction videos, and campaign content
during election periods.
Use
AI tools to generate, enhance, animate, upscale, dub, subtitle, and transform video content
.
Experiment with AI-generated visuals, avatars, voiceovers, backgrounds, animations, and other emerging video-generation technologies.
Maintain consistent
campaign branding, colours, typography, tone, and visual identity
.
Work closely with the creative, content, research, social media, and political strategy teams.
Understand campaign briefs and independently translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
Manage multiple projects and meet
tight election-period deadlines
.
