Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, communicate with potential customers, and convert them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other sources.
Contact and follow up with potential customers.
Explain our products and services clearly.
Schedule meetings and presentations with interested clients.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Update daily sales activities and lead status.
Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Target & Performance
This is a target-based sales position.




The candidate will be assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, client conversions, and revenue generated.
Attractive incentives will be provided for achieving or exceeding targets.

Candidate Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customer calls and meetings.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, and CRM/Excel.
Self-motivated and confident personality.
Previous sales or marketing experience will be preferred, but freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: As per company policy
Incentives: Based on target achievement and sales performance.
