Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and result-oriented Political Campaign Manager who can plan, execute, and manage political campaigns across digital and ground-level platforms.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of political communication, campaign strategy, social media, content planning, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end political campaign strategies.
Plan campaign objectives, messaging, timelines, and execution plans.
Manage digital campaigns across social media platforms.
Coordinate with content, video, design, social media, and ground teams.
Develop impactful political narratives, campaign themes, and communication strategies.
Monitor political trends, public sentiment,



competitors, and campaign performance.
Coordinate rallies, events, public outreach activities, and campaign initiatives.
Track campaign KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Ensure timely execution of campaign activities and deliverables.
Manage multiple campaigns and ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Build strategies to increase public engagement, reach, and campaign visibility.
Handle campaign crises and adapt strategies based on changing political scenarios.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in political campaign management, political consulting, election campaigns, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Indian politics and political communication.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Robust knowledge of social media and digital campaign management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
