Experience: 4–6 years in Sales Management, preferably in Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetology, Healthcare, Wellness, or Clinic Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Derma Arts. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, customer-handling, and sales-conversion skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales /Telecalling team.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
Monitor leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media, digital campaigns, and other sources.
Ensure effective lead follow-up, conversion, appointment booking, and clinic visits.
Track the complete customer journey from enquiry to consultation and treatment conversion.
Handle high-value clients and assist the team in closing treatment packages.




Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, walk-ins, package sales, and revenue.
Monitor individual team performance through daily reports and KPIs.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.
Identify gaps in the sales process and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, front desk, and management for smooth customer handling.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle customer objections, queries, and escalations professionally.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
Ensure proper CRM/lead management and timely follow-ups.
