Job Description
HR Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, procedures, and practices across the organization.
Support current and future business requirements through effective workforce planning and human capital management.
Provide HR metrics and decision-support information to management.

Employee Relations
Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with employees at all organizational levels.
Promote a positive, supportive, and productive working workplace.
Handle employee-related issues through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

Recruitment & Selection
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
Identify staffing requirements and support current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.




Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates.

Performance Management
Oversee and manage the employee performance appraisal system.
Develop performance management practices that encourage employee productivity and high performance.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate with managers regarding performance-related concerns.

Compensation & Benefits
Maintain the organization's pay structure and compensation plans.
Manage employee advantages programs and ensure proper implementation.
Review compensation and advantages practices according to organizational requirements.

Training & Development
Assess employee training and development needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
Support employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

HR Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
