Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience who can support and strengthen our hiring process.

Job Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct initial HR rounds and candidate follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment

Qualification:

Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field preferred.
