We are looking for an energetic and confident
Sales Executive
who can help us grow our
school trips and educational travel business
. The primary responsibility will be to visit schools, connect with school management and coordinators, understand their travel requirements, and generate business opportunities.
The role will also involve sales activities for our other travel services, including domestic and international tour packages.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce our
school trip and educational tour programs
.
Identify and approach
School Coordinators, Teachers, Administrators, and Management
.
Generate recent leads and develop relationships with schools.
Understand school requirements and prepare suitable trip proposals and itineraries.
Follow up with schools and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of school trips.
Maintain regular communication with existing school clients and develop long-term relationships.
Generate leads for
domestic & international tour packages
and other travel services.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
Participate in meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking activities when required.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident personality with the ability to meet and approach current people.
Comfortable with
field sales and regular school visits
.
Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to build professional relationships with school authorities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
