Job Profile :
Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the entire farmhouse.
Inspect rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, gardens, outdoor areas, and common spaces regularly.
Handle or coordinate electrical issues, power supply problems, switches, lights, fans, etc.
Identify and coordinate water leakage, plumbing, drainage, and water-supply issues.
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, and other external service providers when required.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
Coordinate with gardeners, drivers, security personnel, and other support staff.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance or safety issues before they become major problems.
Maintain daily maintenance and housekeeping records.
Handle urgent maintenance requirements and ensure immediate action.
Ensure proper safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline throughout the property.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
