Job Overview:

We are seeking a performance-driven PPC Manager with robust expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be focused on generating leads, maximizing ROI, and scaling paid campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for campaign success
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance and reduce cost per acquisition
Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns
Execute A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and audience segments
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel
Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports




Identify scaling opportunities and implement strategies to improve results
Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Solid understanding of paid campaign strategies and optimization techniques
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Valuable communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads Certification is a plus
Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
Familiarity with performance marketing tools and dashboards

What We’re Looking For:

A candidate who is fully focused on paid advertising (PPC), understands campaign performance deeply, and can deliver measurable results through data-driven strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
